Spores are not for human consumption.  We certify that we do not condone or accept any responsibility for any illegal acts whatsoever. Toadstool Heights spores are 100% LEGAL THEY DO NOT contain the active compound psilocybin ; it only becomes present during germination. This is why magic mushroom spores are completely legal.  All photos are from Google and are for representation of identification only. Toadstool Heights in no way promotes or endorses any use of these spores for anything other than microscopy observation and identification. Cultivating certain types of mushrooms is illegal in some countries, states, and regions and Toadstool Heights takes no liability for how you use the information and products contained within our website. Please do your own research by checking local laws and regulations prior to ordering from our website. Toadstool Heights follows all local and federal laws regarding mushrooms and spore cultivation and all information on this website should be used for research purposes only.

We offer spores of psilocybe cubensis for MICROSCOPY PURPOSES ONLY . This site may contain links to other sites for growing information; we in no way endorse the information contained on those sites. Do not inquire about instructions for growing Cubensis Mushrooms. We do not have and we will not provide that type of information. Any buyer that mentions intent to use our products for cultivation or harvesting will have their order cancelled and be denied purchasing privileges. We cannot offer any advice or comments on the cultivation or culturing of these species, as this is illegal in the US and many other countries. Any indication that the products will be used in an illegal manner will lead to your order being refused and refunded. Products are restricted for shipment to residents in California, Georgia, and Idaho.

 
Shipping Policy:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48-72 hours of payment receipt. Occasional product back order may delay your order for a few extra days. We will do our best to inform you if your order is expected to be delayed. We ship USPS Priority 2-3 Day Shipping on all orders. 

Sterilization Guarantee:
Culture products are sold with cleanliness and viability guarantee, should you find your cultures to be unviable or contaminated please contact us and we will make immediate arrangements for replacement. Spores for microscopy products are offered with stability and cleanliness guarantee. Should you find your spore sample to be unstable or contaminated please contact us and we will make arrangements for replacement.

Refund Policy:
We offer a sterility guarantee on spore and culture products for 30 days after purchase. Items must be in original unused condition.  All spore products are sold with cleanliness and viability guarantee, should you find your cultures to be unviable or contaminated please contact us and we will make arrangements for replacement.

        No Refunds unless we cannot replace your original order.
